The world needs what flows from our passion and authenticity - from the place where we are truly ourselves, not from imitating others. When we find our passions and allow ourselves to pursue them, we bring something precious into the world. I wish for all of us to do it with joy.

Art, as a form of expression, is for me a space of intimate encounter with myself. It is a place where I can give voice to my sensitivity and need for exploration, while also - through letting go of control - trusting what flows through me. The main theme of my work is abstraction, because it is within abstraction that I find a reflection of my experiences, the joy of creating, and freedom.

The final result is not the most important. Equally significant is the very process of creating the painting. The first years of my artistic journey were a time of profound transformation - an immersion into emotions, feelings, body memory, and everything the mind was unable to process. I experienced the therapeutic role of art. The creative process stirs what is suppressed, held back, blocked - to gradually release it in movement and finally harmonise it, bringing calm.

Creating is for me the art of trusting the creative process itself. It has a direct, though not obvious, translation into life and into trusting everything that comes. While painting, I can meet, again and again, the shadow of non-acceptance within me. By accepting what is hardest to embrace, I ultimately experienced a transformation exceeding my expectations. What is touched in the painting manifests in life. I also discovered that I myself become the image of my own life - like a dancer who becomes the dance.

Today I no longer paint only for myself. I also create for people who choose from my collection what resonates with them, to harmonise the interiors of their homes and workplaces. Sometimes they commission paintings created with a specific intention - as personalised art.

I paint with acrylics, using not only brushes and palette knives, but also my hands, which gives me a unique connection to what I create. I weave into my work an element of playfulness, lightness, and stepping beyond thought into emptiness; I experiment without expectation. Sharing my art with others, I sometimes recall Jung: „The creation of something new is not accomplished by the intellect, but by the play instinct arising from inner necessity. The creative mind plays with the objects it loves."
